We are excited that you want to join our team of professional delivery drivers!
Before starting, please read and agree to the following rules and responsibilities to ensure safe, smooth, and professional deliveries.
1. Professional Conduct

Always be polite, respectful, and professional with customers, merchants, and team members.

You must always wear your Swifly Messenger vest while on duty. Looking official ensures customers treat you professionally.

Keep a clean appearance and dress appropriately under your vest.

Your vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and safe to operate.
-
Never engage in harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.
2. Delivery Rules

Direct Delivery Only: Deliveries must be handed directly to the recipient. You cannot leave deliveries at the door, inside buildings, or with anyone else unless it is in the delivery notes or you are instructed by Swifly Support.

Completing Accepted Deliveries: Once you accept a delivery job, it must be completed promptly.

If no one answers at the pickup address:

Call the contact number provided for the pickup address through the app.

If there is no answer, contact Swifly Support for instructions.

If no one answers at the delivery address:

Call the contact number provided for the delivery address through the app.

If there is no answer, call the contact at the pickup address.

If no one answers at either location, contact Swifly Support for instructions.

Only leave the order if instructed by Support — take a photo with timestamp through the app.

Photo Requirements (Mandatory):

Pickup Photo: Show the package ready for pickup.

Delivery Photo: Must clearly show the door and the package together in a proper delivery state.

Multiple photos are allowed if needed to document the delivery and protect you from complaints.

Photos must be taken through the app in real time. Blurry or missing photos may cause delivery disputes.

Always confirm the correct order and recipient before leaving the pickup location.

Never open, tamper with, or consume any order.

Swifly Messenger does not accept cash orders — all payments are handled through the app.
3. Safety Rules

Always follow traffic rules while driving.
-
Drive safely, obey speed limits, and avoid distractions.
4. Using the Swifly Messenger App

Keep the app open, updated, and online while on duty.
-
Accept deliveries promptly and complete them without delay.
-
Do not share your login or account with anyone.
-
Keep your GPS turned on during all active deliveries.
-
Report any app or delivery issues to Support immediately.
5. Customer Interaction

Greet recipients politely and confirm their name before handing over the delivery.

Call or message recipients through the app if delayed.
-
Never fight or argue with customers. Call Swifly Support if there is a problem.

Never ask for tips, additional money, or personal information from recipients.
-
Respect customer privacy — do not take or post photos of recipients, homes, or delivery locations outside of required delivery photos.
6. Violations & Disciplinary Actions
Failure to follow these rules may result in:

A warning

Temporary suspension

Permanent deactivation of your driver account

Legal action for serious violations (theft, fraud, unsafe driving)
7. Agreement
By signing below, you confirm that:
